No hidden platform fees. The annual plan price is all you pay to Engageto. WhatsApp message costs (marketing, utility, authentication) are billed separately by Meta at the rates shown on each plan — these are passed through to you at Meta's exact rates.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Scale mid-year? +
Yes, you can upgrade at any point. We'll apply a prorated credit for your remaining Starter period against the Scale plan. Just reach out to our team and we'll get it sorted within 24 hours.
What happens if I exceed the 10-workflow or 10-user limit on the Starter plan? +
You'll get notified before you hit the limit and we'll recommend upgrading to the Scale plan. We won't cut off your service mid-use — there's always a grace window so you can make a decision without disruption.
