Terms and Conditions for Engage To – WhatsApp Business API Solution
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Engage To WhatsApp Business API Solution (“App”) owned by Dhinwa Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhinwa Solutions Private Limited and Engage To shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhinwa Solutions Private Limited, Engage To, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party rights.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the App or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any data related to your account may be deleted or inaccessible.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the App are governed by the laws of Indian Constitution. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, or the App, shall be resolved in the competent courts of the High Court of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our App, services, or legal obligations. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this document. By continuing to use the App, you agree to the revised Terms.
